Michael Lapidus Bio

Michael, a Columbia University graduate with a B.A. in mathematics, received his law degree from the Washington College of Law of American University and an advanced degree in law from the Georgetown University Law Center.

For years, he has been fighting to make things right for his clients who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions either as drivers, passengers, or pedestrians.  He has been fighting for clients who are injured due to fallen injuries in stores, and apartment complexes, and due to being bitten by bed bugs while staying as guests in major hotel chains.  He has successfully received compensation for his clients due to their injuries and pain suffering through arbitration, mediation, or trial in the D.C. Superior Court, the Circuit and District Courts in Maryland, and the United States District Court of Maryland.

Michael takes a personal approach, working closely with his clients throughout the entire process, from the beginning of their case, dealing with the insurance company, through discovery and beyond, including settlement discussions and trial. He takes no greater pride than working for his clients to get them the compensation they deserve after being injured due to no fault of their own.
