These type of work related accidents are known to happen. When a person works with heavy equipment, machinery and motor vehicles, it is important to follow all safety precautions and to be aware of everything going on around you. Accidents that are work related can easily end up in severe injury.
If you or a loved one get in a work related accident, be sure that workers compensation is filed for. This should help cover medical expenses. If not or if your claim is denied, call a Washington DC and Maryland accident attorney for legal representation.
